These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and 39bdt ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 39bdt website located at https://39bdt.io and all associated services, products, and features available through that domain, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, and any promotional offerings.

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or otherwise using any part of the 39bdt platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally. If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on the 39bdt platform. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, different names, different email addresses, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

39bdt operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process as part of its commitment to security and responsible gaming. 39bdt accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Accepted international card schemes include Visa and Mastercard where available. 39bdt does not apply a processing fee on standard deposits or withdrawals made through these channels, though your payment provider's own fees may apply independently.

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. • Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any betting market or casino game.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 39bdt shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the 39bdt platform. This includes, without limitation, any loss of funds, loss of opportunity, loss of data, or any other financial or non-financial loss that arises in connection with your use of sports betting, casino, or any other product on the platform.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance windows may result in temporary service unavailability. 39bdt will make reasonable efforts to restore service as quickly as possible and to notify players of significant planned outages in advance where practicable.

You acknowledge that all gambling activity conducted through your 39bdt account is undertaken voluntarily and at your sole financial risk. 39bdt's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player in any calendar month shall not exceed the net deposits made by that player to their account during that month.

Your continued use of the 39bdt platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

39bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, AML concerns, or at the player's own request. Upon termination for cause, any bonus funds held in the account will be forfeited. Real-money balances remaining after the satisfaction of applicable wagering requirements will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to successful KYC verification.

Where a resolution cannot be reached through internal channels, the dispute may be escalated through the formal dispute process described in your account correspondence. 39bdt's decisions regarding bet settlement, account actions taken for security or compliance reasons, and bonus award or forfeiture are final unless demonstrably the result of a technical error on the part of the platform.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.
